Objectives
The project objectives are two-fold
INCREASE TRAINER SKILLS:
innovative skills addressed to trainers related to transversal competencies required by the labour market. The training sessions will be attended by a trainer from each partner organisation.
INLCUSION OF WOMEN:
new competences and skills are required to face the labour market and allow disadvantaged adult women a better employability in an increasingly fluid and changing society and in line with personal aspirations.
Activities
The STARWOMEN project aims at implementing
the following activities:
A1 – Toolkit for trainers and training course (learning week)
A2 – Toolkit offered to the unemployed women in order to independently undertake a first path of empowerment and development of soft skills.
A3 – Dissemination and communication project activities.
Results
their skills and improve teaching
methods and tools.
Trainers will be able to help women in the assessment of knowledge and skills related to transversal competencies required by the labor market and motivate them to learn.
LINK
Toolkit developed for unemployed women in a friendly mode of use.
Materials, videos and guidelines will give them the opportunity to develop curiosity and to understand the importance of such programs.
